MAKE A CARDIO TRAINING SESSION WITHOUT PASSING THROUGH THE SPORTS ROOM

Cardio training is very tempting. To practice this very physical and intense sport, you do not have to go to the gym. In your cozy comfort or in the city, without having to endure the crowds, you can exercise every day and become a cardio pro.

You will soon be able to enjoy the simple joys of childhood by jumping on the skipping rope. Run slowly, then faster and faster, stepping over the rope.

The advantage of skipping rope is that you can do it at any time of the day, and at least 30 minutes a day. You can even watch your favorite TV show during this time.
